I bought and installed CW-55W last week and today found the UV lamp was already burnt out. The rubber seal for the sleeve is not good enough to prevent the water penetration. I'd like to add the following as a follow-up. I returned the product and it was sent to me back with a new UV lamp installed. I added some water-proof material to the rubber seal and it works fine now. I don't know how long it will last this time. I think detailed user's manual for installation and trouble shooting should be provided by the manufacturer.
