Description
The XY-2820 Single Head Sponge Filter 10-Pack offers safe air-driven water circulation, mechanical waste trapping, and high surface area porous foam for small aquariums, breeding setups, and shrimp tanks up to 20 gallons each.
Safe, Gentle Filtration for Rearing & Breeding Tanks
Provide gentle water movement and debris removal for your delicate aquatic setups. The XY-2820 Single Head Sponge Filter is designed specifically for breeding tanks, shrimp colonies, and fry rearing where traditional powerhead intakes present a safety hazard.
Air-Driven Aeration and Simple Maintenance
Driven by an external air pump via standard airline tubing, the XY-2820 infuses oxygen into the water while pulling water gently through its fine-pore foam sleeve. Cleaning is quick and hassle-free—simply detach the sponge cylinder and rinse it during regular water changes to keep your tanks clear.
